Is pressure cleaning safe for my roof?
We use controlled pressure and soft-wash methods to suit your roof type. Terracotta and aged tiles often benefit from lower-pressure cleaning and targeted biocides; Colorbond® requires correct distance and fan tips to protect the finish.
Will cleaning stop moss and lichen coming back?
Cleaning removes growth; a biocidal treatment helps slow regrowth. Porous or shaded roofs may need periodic treatments. Painting with the right system can also reduce porosity and make future cleaning easier.
Do you clean solar panels?
We carefully clean the roof surfaces around panels and ensure safe drainage. Panel glass cleaning is not included in this service; we can recommend specialists if required.
How often should I clean my roof?
Most Peninsula roofs benefit from cleaning every 2-3 years, though shaded areas or roofs with heavy tree coverage may need more frequent attention. We'll advise on a maintenance schedule during your quote.
What about gutters and downpipes?
